Vintage owls- So Sweet!

Check out these
cute owls!
The owl's gift of heightened senses enables
us to see through deception, external appearances
and illusions and to discover hidden truths. http://www.yellowdogvintage.etsy.com/
If you are drawn to owls or owl
symbolism, you may have this same
ability to uncover secrets.
http://www.foundvintagestyle.etsy.com/

People may feel uneasy around you,
as if you are able to see through pretense.
The owl also teaches us to acknowledge
the dark side of our personality, and
in that darkness we may find
food for growth.

The owl puts an end to doubt
and offers vision and clarity to
the truth of events, people or
circumstances in our lives.

Art and recycling - a classroom perspective

Once introduced to the basic elements of the mosaic
process, these alternative education students in a small
coastal town west of Portland, Oregon ran with the
artistic possibilities of
recycled glass, magazines, and ceramic tile.
